Terms of Use

1. Provider and scope

Rescue Kitchen is provided by Maximilian Fricke, Körtestr. 22, 10967 Berlin, email: hello@aimoxyz.xyz. These Terms govern use of the app and supplement the applicable app-store terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and licence

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app as intended on your devices while it is available. On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

3. How the app works and your responsibility

Rescue Kitchen uses artificial intelligence to detect ingredients from photos or receipts, estimate freshness and create cooking plans. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check ingredients, amounts, cooking times, temperatures and food condition yourself.

The app is not medical, nutritional or food-safety advice. Consider allergies, intolerances, individual dietary requirements and official safety guidance. Never consume food that appears spoiled, regardless of an estimate in the app.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us and our technical providers the limited rights necessary to process it for scanning and recipe generation for the required processing period. Upload only content you are entitled to use. Images must not show people, health data, payment information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Free use and Pro

The free allowance displayed in the app may be limited; currently, three free scans and three free cooking plans per month are intended. Rescue Kitchen Pro may then be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The App Store displays the price, period and any trial before purchase.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through your Apple account under the App Store rules. You can manage the subscription in your app-store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, bypass security controls, impose an excessive automated load, process unlawful content, reverse engineer the app except where the law permits it, or infringe third-party rights.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change or be discontinued for security, legal or product reasons. Your statutory rights apply to material changes affecting paid services.

8. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability and any express guarantee. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to typical foreseeable loss. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination, law and contact

You may stop using the app at any time. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protections at your habitual residence remain unaffected.
